Crystal machines include a one-year limited warranty on non-wear parts.

 

Normal wear items and consumable components—such as squeegee blades, brushes, pads, and other parts that naturally wear during operation—are not covered under the warranty.

 

If a covered component develops a problem during the warranty period, our support team will work with you to identify the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

 

30-Day Limited Return Policy

 

We provide a 30-day limited return policy for qualifying defective products.

 

Because industrial cleaning equipment is large commercial machinery, this is not a general “try it and return it” program. Returns are intended for qualifying situations involving a verified product defect and are subject to our return policy terms and conditions.

 

We encourage customers to contact our team first whenever a problem occurs. Many operating or setup issues can be identified and resolved quickly with the assistance of our support team.
